When you contact us, we'll respond within one business day to schedule your initial consultation. This first conversation helps us understand your situation and explain how we can help.

Consultations
Initial consultations are available Monday through Saturday, either in our Adelaide office or via secure video call. Most consultations take 45-60 minutes.
We'll review your eligibility, explain the application process, and provide a clear timeline. If you decide to proceed, we'll outline the next steps and what documentation we'll need from you.
