How This Began
In 2019, our founder Rachel spent six months helping her elderly mother navigate an Age Pension application. Despite having all the right documentation, the process became a nightmare of resubmissions, unclear requirements, and contradictory advice from different government departments.
Rachel had worked in social services for over a decade. If she found it confusing, what chance did someone without that background have?
